You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method before your first withdrawal is processed. tayagame reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
All tayagame accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayagame account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a review period of up to three (3) business days. tayagame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the tayagame account holder.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to tayagame constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tayagame reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any funds obtained through chargebacks, and pursue all available legal remedies in such circumstances.
tayagame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each offer. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayagame's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tayagame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tayagame reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tayagame reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, tayagame reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue to apply after termination.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from these Terms.
