No. tayagame strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a violation of tayagame's Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact support immediately.

You can update certain account details — such as your email address and communication preferences — directly from your tayagame account settings dashboard. Changes to core identity information (full name, date of birth, registered mobile number) require manual verification by the tayagame support team to prevent fraud. tayagame does not charge any fees on deposits made to your account. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees or service charges. tayagame recommends checking with your payment provider for their applicable fee schedule. The amount credited to your tayagame account will be the net amount received after any third-party fees applied by your payment provider.
Withdrawals & Cashouts

To withdraw from tayagame, log in to your account and navigate to the Cashier or Withdrawal section. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request.
